No Name is an exclusive bar and club for the discerning worldly patron in one of Cape Town's most trendy areas. Secretly located on the first floor of a neighborhood retail building, No Name grasps the essence of a Speak Easy in the New York's East Village or a members club in London's Soho district.
Intimate and classy, this well-kept secret is warm and snug with it's colonial themed decor and intimate atmosphere. Wooden paneled walls and Chesterfield booths line the walls, complimented by hand chosen antiques and fine art sourced from across the world. The theme is tied together by our centerpiece, an antique cabinet from the Royal Family of Calcuttas' summer residence in the Himalayas.
On a perfect summer's evening guests make full use of the spacious balcony with views of the Cape Town's famous mountains and the bustling and vibey main road. Expect a mix of European visitors and local residents looking for a fun night of socializing and dancing. The music policy embodies the sounds of both the future and the past, ranging from deep house to disco performed by some of the best local and international DJ's.
The bar has a limited capacity and we recommend calling ahead to reserve a table to avoid disappointment.
