Nobu Milan opened in 2000 and is located with in the Armani/Via Monzoni 31 building over looking the peaceful and aristocratic neighborhood of Via Pisani. The sophisticated interior of the restaurant is decorated with a simple elegance that combines the Armani style with traditional Japanese design.
Chef/owner Nobu Matsuhisa draws upon his classical training from sushi bars in Tokyo and his travels abroad in Peru, Argentina and around the world to bring a whole new trend in Japanese cuisine. The resulting dishes, including Yellowtail with Jalapeno, Tiradito Nobu Style, and Black Cod with Miso, continue to delight customers around the world.
